Each vial, when reconstituted to 0.5 mL with sterile distilled water, contains 1 mg of diphtheria toxin in 0.01 M Tris pH 7.5 and 0.001 M Na2EDTA
This batch has been tested in a CHO cell in vitro cell cytotoxicity assay, demonstrating 100% cell death at a concentration of 10ng/ml. Performance in this assay was identical to that of a reference standard batch (MKCK6150)
Store at +4°C when lyophilised or resuspended. Use within 1 month after resuspension
