After having sequenced the light and heavy chains of Swant’s monoclonal anti- Na + -Ca2+ exchanger protein (cardiac IgG1) antibody 3RF1, the antibody was generated by recombinant methods in HEK293-cells. Immunohistochemistry: 1:500 - 1:1'000, when performed with the avidin-biotin method. 

Immunoblots: 1:100 with an indirect peroxidase method. 

Remark: you have to use an anti-human secondary antibody. 

We recommend that the optimal dilutions be determined by titration experiments.

For long storage, keep at - 80°C (or at least - 20°C). For continuous use, keep at 4°C (with 0.01% Na-azide). Avoid repeated freezing and thawing
